We Guarantee

• We will refund or make good any item failing to give reasonable use after purchase due to defective workmanship or materials, within a 7 day period - providing the item has been reasonably used.

Home Approval - Our Guarantee

You can shop with confidence because for our Original Modern Abstract, we guarantee to refund you, or if you prefer, replace an item, provided it is returned undamaged within 28 days.

Exceptions to our Home Approval Guarantee

Important! - We want to ensure that the goods you receive from us are safe and in perfect condition. Therefore, because returned goods may be resold, the Commissioned Artworks, i.e. portraits, caricatures etc, where our Home Approval Guarantee does not apply.

Your Statutory Rights
In addition to your right to reject faulty goods, in respect of most items the law gives you 7 working days to change your mind and cancel an order. There are exceptions, including:

• Goods made to your personal specifications.

If you decide to cancel, you need to inform us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods. You must take care of the goods and either return them to us. You may have to pay for the cost of returning the goods. If you have paid in advance, we will return your money within 30 days.

We reserve the right not to automatically refund any item returned after the home approval period. Our standard period is 28 days, from receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
